Adani Enterprises:
Adani Enterprises, the flagship firm of Gautam Adani's conglomerate, on Wednesday approved a ₹16,600 crore share sale to large investors via a qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue. In a regulatory filing, the company said its board has set the floor price for the issue at ₹3,117.47 apiece. The QIP issue opened Wednesday, and the company has the discretion to offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, as per a PTI report.
Vedanta: The mining major said on Wednesday the board meeting proposed to be held on October 9 to consider and approve the fourth interim dividend for 2024-25 has been cancelled due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.

Britannia Industries and French dairy major Bel Group on Wednesday announced the inauguration of its cheese factory in India at an investment of ₹220 crore. Britannia Bel Foods, the joint venture between both firms, has opened a new factory in Ranjangaon, near Pune in Maharashtra, which will produce 10,000 tonnes of high-quality Britannia The Laughing Cow cheese products to meet the growing demands of Indian consumers, according to a statement.
Patanjali Foods: Patanjali Ayurved's subsidiaries were directed by the Arbitration Tribunal to give 1.86 crore marketable equity shares of Patanjali Foods Ltd. to Ashav Advisory LLP, according to an exchange filing on NSE.The shares are to be given to Ashav Advisory within a period of 90 days.
"Ashav Advisory is to pay the subsidiary companies: Patanjali Ayurved Ltd., Patanjali Parivahan Private Ltd., Divya Yog Mandir Trust, Patanjali Gramudhyog Nayas, and Patanjali Foods within seven days of receiving the shares," said a report by NDTV Profit.
