Titan
Titan is set to acquire the remaining 0.36% stake in Carat Lane, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of Titan with a 100% stake.
Hindustan Zinc
The Company has formed a wholly owned subsidiary “ Hindmetal Exploration Services Pvt ltd, with an objective to discover, develop and tap mineral resources.
Gensol Engineering
Gensol Electric Vehicles Ltd, a subsidiary of Gensol Engineering, received ARAI approval for the launch of its first flagship electric vehicle. The new car will be manufactured at the Chakan plant, which has a manufacturing capacity of 30,000 vehicles per year.
Indostar Capital Finance
IndoStar to raise over ₹ 450 crores by preferential allotment of a warrant to Brookfield Asset management. The investment will enable the Company to accelerate its growth journey in its core markets – vehicle finance, affordable housing finance, and SME finance, said the Company in an exchange filing.
