    Bharat Forge shares fell over 14% intraday despite reporting 31% YoY jump in its Q3 net profit to ₹377.8 crore. Meanwhile, its revenue from operations increased by 16% to ₹2,263.3 crore on a year-on-year basis.

    The stock fall comes as the company sees its growth momentum to moderate in both Domestic & export markets across industries in the March quarter and further into FY25.
