Your Ledger Report is the statement of all your transactions along with your billing details with Upstox. Transactions include Payin, Payouts, Bills, and Charges.

To access your ledger report, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or biometrics.

Step 2: Tap the Upstox icon located at the top-left corner of the app screen.

Step 3: Click on 'My account.'

Step 4: Select 'Reports.'

Step 5: Click on 'Ledger report.'

Step 6: Click on the 'filters' dropdown in ledger to check your balance.

Step 7: To view & download segment-wise reports for Securities and Commodities up to 18/07/2025, please select your preferred segment. Click 'Get report.'

For reports from 19/07/2025 onwards, please select the "Trading" option under "Wallet" from the dropdown menu.

To Check or download MTF ledger, Click on 'Include MTF.'

Step 8: To download the report in PDF or Excel format, select the ‘Download’ option.

Step 9: You can get the required report in PDF and Excel format on your registered email address by selecting the Email option .

Note

• The segment-wise ledgers for securities and commodities are only available up to the period 18/07/2025. For viewing reports from 19/07/2025 onwards, please select the "Trading" option under "Wallet" from the dropdown menu.
