The company plans to expand its product portfolio by introducing kitchen appliances such as cooking tops, Hobs, Chimneys and other built-in appliances. The company aims to be one of the top 3 players in the category in the coming three years. The above products are expected to be launched by May 2024.
JM Financial
On Tuesday, RBI barred JM Financial Products from financing against shares and debentures, including loans sanctioned by the company for IPO financing and NCD subscription. RBI’s action comes amid a violation of regulatory guidelines and concerns about governance issues.
Wipro
The IT major has acquired a 27% stake in SDVerse LLC for $5.85 million. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of March 2024. SDVerse is a newly incorporated entity that operates in the automotive software marketplace. The company is a joint venture between General Motors, Magna International and Wipro.
SBI Life Insurance
The company’s board will consider an interim dividend for its shareholders in its meeting to be held on March 10.
IRCTC
The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Swiggy to deliver pre-ordered meals at Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam & Bhubaneswar stations through IRCTC e-catering services.
