Realty firm Godrej Properties on Wednesday reported a five-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹335.21 crore for the quarter ended September on higher income.

Its net profit stood at ₹66.80 crore in the year-ago period.

IT solutions company Coforge reported an 11.7% year-on-year increase to ₹202.2 crore in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended in September.

It had posted a net profit (attributable to owners of the company) of ₹181 crore in the year-ago period, according to a stock exchange filing.

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd on Wednesday said it has received in-principle acceptability from the World Health Organisation for its Typhoid Vi conjugate vaccine, ZyVac TCV making it eligible for purchase by United Nations procurement agencies.

ZyVac TCV is indigenously developed and manufactured at the Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad and is indicated for active immunisation against Salmonella typhi infection in the age group of 6 months to 65 years, Zydus Lifesciences said in a regulatory filing.

Benchmark indices traded in the green on Wednesday, with NIFTY50 up 0.44% and SENSEX surging 420 points. In the NIFTY50 space, 33 stocks advanced. Bajaj Finance, Tech Mahindra, and Bajaj Auto were among the top gainers.

Shares of One97 Communications, the parent of Paytm, on Wednesday surged 6.5% after the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) granted approval to Paytm to onboard new UPI users, subject to the adherence to all procedural guidelines and circulars.
