Subex announces deal with leading telecom operator in APAC region for AI-driven business

Subex Ltd, a telecom AI service provider, on Friday, April 12, announced signing a deal with a leading telecom operator in the APAC region for AI-Driven business assurance.
In a stock exchange filing, Subex said that the deal was signed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Subex (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. The leading telecom operator in the APAC region uses Subex’s advanced Business Assurance solution HyperSense, building upon the success of the ROC Revenue Assurance system, the company informed the stock exchanges.
Though Subex didn’t name the telecom operator, the company said, “The operator is poised to emerge as a visionary leader in telecom technology, striving to deliver unparalleled 5G connectivity, integrated solutions, and an enhanced customer experience. This ambition is supported by the partnership with Subex, aimed at enhancing service quality and providing superior connectivity and integrated solutions.”
Subex added that by leveraging its AI-based solutions, the telecom operator aims to substantially enhance its assurance capabilities, address a wider spectrum of risks and elevate its operational maturity.
Subex also said that its AI-driven solution, designed specifically for the Tier 1 APAC operator, seeks to address a wide spectrum of both conventional and emerging risks within the intricate network of interdependent telecommunication services and revenue streams developed with digital partners. The solution will offer advanced capabilities for swift integration, management and analysis of both retail and enterprise operations.
Nisha Dutt, the CEO of Subex, said, “Our AI-driven Business Assurance solution is set to redefine the operator’s approach to assurance and risk management.”
