Power Mech Projects Secures Contract worth ₹232.03 crore in Power Steel Sector

Power Mech Projects, an engineering and construction company, has recently won orders worth ₹232.03 crore, making a significant milestone in its portfolio. The details of the projects bagged include:

A) The company received contracts from state-owned engineering giant BHEL in three packages totalling ₹122.89 crore, according to the BSE filing. Here’s the breakdown:

1. Package A covers the construction of powerhouse Units 1 and 2 as well as associated facilities of the 2x660 MW NTPC Talcher plant in Odisha.
2. Package B includes the construction of an ash handling plant structure and tank fabrication at the NTPC Talcher plant.
3. Package C includes the construction of a coal handling plant structure at the plant.

B) ₹52.74 crore for balance civil and architectural works on the superstructure of the powerhouse, bunker area, and other sections of the Yadadri TPS Unit 4&5 main plant.

C) ₹56.40 crore for mechanical structure erection at PP2 and the balance quantity of Coke Oven Projects (Battery 5&6) at Jindal Steel Odisha Limited (JSOL), Angul.
