Q4 results today: As the earning season progresses, companies like ICICI Lombard, Just Dial, Tata Communications, Hathway Cable and Angel One are set to post their quarterly results for Q4FY24 on Wednesday, April 17.

Apart from these, the companies like DRA Consultants, Gretex Corporate Services, Infomedia Press and KCL Infra Projects are also scheduled to release Q4 results on Wednesday.
Shares of the companies releasing results today will remain in focus on Thursday, April 18. The stock markets are closed on Wednesday on account of Ram Navami.
Going ahead this week, there are several other big names from different sectors that will post their earnings for Q4 FY24. Among these are Wipro, Infosys, HDFC, Jio Financial Services, Hardcastle and Waud Manufacturing, Hindustan Zinc, Swaraj Engines Ltd, Bajaj Auto and Network 18 Media & Investments.
On Tuesday, April 16, CRISIL, Den Networks were among the firms that posted their Q4FY24 earnings:
CRISIL Ltd posted a 5.5% year-on-year (YoY) drop in its consolidated net profit at ₹138 crore for the January-March quarter. The company reported ₹146 crore net profit in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Its revenue rose 3% during the said period to ₹738 crore against ₹715 crore in the same three months a year earlier.
Den Networks net profit fell 40.78% to ₹79.06 crore in the March quarter of FY24. It had posted ₹133.50 crore net profit in the corresponding three months a year ago. Its sales dropped 8.8% to ₹258.02 crore in the said quarter against ₹282.91 crore in the same period of FY 2022-23.
There were several other companies, including Integra Essentia Ltd, Lotus Chocolate Company and SG Mart Ltd, which posted their quarterly results on Tuesday.
Benchmark indices SENSEX and NIFTY50 saw intense sell-offs on Tuesday, closing 456 points and 125 points lower, respectively. Of the 30 Sensex constituents, 27 closed in the red. Out of NIFTY50 constituents, 34 shares closed with moderate to deep losses. Indian markets mirrored weak global sentiment in the wake of growing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East after Iran attacked Israel with drones and missiles over the last weekend.
