Q4 results today: CRISIL, Den Networks among companies to post earnings on April 16; check list

Q4 results today: CRISIL Ltd and Den Networks Ltd are among the companies that are set to release their financial results for the January-March quarter or Q4 FY24 on Tuesday, April 16.

List of companies announcing Q4 results on April 16

• CRISIL Ltd: CRISIL Limited, earlier known as Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited, is an analytical company that provides ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services. It is a subsidiary of the American company S&P Global.

• Den Networks Ltd: It is a cable television and broadband service provider. The company is one of the major three cable distributors in India.

• Integra Essentia Ltd: The company is engaged in the business of agricultural commodities, clothing, infrastructure and energy.

• Lotus Chocolate Company: The firm manufactures a wide variety of chocolates, cocoa products, and other similar items.

• SG Mart Ltd: Incorporated in 1985, the company is primarily engaged in renewable energy business

On Monday, digital cable TV and broadband service provider GTPL Hathway reported a net profit of ₹16 crore for the fourth quarter of FY24. In the year-ago period, the company had posted a net loss of ₹10.8 crore. The company's revenue from operations also surged by 16.7% to ₹808 crore as against ₹692 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

This week, several companies will post their earnings for Q4 FY24. They include Tata Communications Ltd, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd, Wipro, Infosys, HDFC, Jio Financial Services, Hardcastle and Waud Manufacturing, Hindustan Zinc, Hathway Cable and Datacom Ltd, Swaraj Engines Ltd, Bajaj Auto and Network 18 Media & Investments.

Stock market on April 16

Benchmark indices opened in the negative territory on Tuesday. SENSEX and NIFTY 50 were down 0.69% and 0.66%, respectively.

Out of the NIFTY50 space, 37 stocks were declining. LTIMindtree, Tata Consultancy Services and NTPC are among top losers.
