If you have lost your mobile device and wish to update your mobile number and/or email ID in your Upstox account, please follow the process below.

Steps to update your mobile number and email ID

• Download and duly fill out the Modification Form.

• Attach a copy of the FIR raised for the lost mobile phone.

  Note: Requests without this FIR copy will not be processed.

• Send the filled form along with the FIR to our KYC Processing Office address given below:

Processing Timeline:

Once we receive the required documents, your request will be processed within 2–3 working days.

Note: Updating your mobile number or email ID will cost ₹50 + GST each. The amount will be debited directly from your trading account.
