Once your NCD (Non-Convertible Debentures) bid is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your application is not complete until you approve the UPI mandate.

This mandate must be accepted via your UPI app either by:

• Clicking on the link in the SMS sent by NPCI
  

• Tapping on the UPI notification in your app (GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.)

To check if the mandate is pending:

• Go to the ‘Application Status’ section of the NCD application
  

• Look for a “UPI Mandate Payment Pending” message
