1. About the Upstox Plus Plan

The Upstox Plus Plan unlocks access to advanced features, preferential rates, priority access, and enhanced API capabilities — all of which are not available to Basic Plan users.

2. Plan Flexibility

You can switch between the Plus Plan and Basic Plan at any time. However, to ensure system stability, a 24-hour cooling-off period is applicable after each switch, during which you won’t be able to change your plan again.

3. Pricing

The Plus Plan can be activated for free initially.

• If the plan becomes chargeable in the future, we will notify you in advance of the applicable date.
• Upon plan activation, a revised tariff sheet will be sent to your registered email for reference. No separate signature is required, and charges will apply as per this sheet.
• All charges remain within SEBI-prescribed limits.

- Brokerage per executed order and pricing details under Upstox Plus:

• Equity Delivery and MTF Orders: ₹30 or 2.5% (whichever is lower)
• Equity Intraday: ₹30 or 0.1% (whichever is lower)
• Equity Futures: ₹30 or 0.05% (whichever is lower)
• Equity Options: ₹30
• Commodity: ₹30 or 0.05% (whichever is lower)
• Currency: ₹30 or 0.05% (whichever is lower)
• Net Banking Transfers and Instant Withdrawal: FREE
• MTF Interest: ₹20 per ₹50K borrowed up to ₹1L. After ₹1L, charges are ₹20 per ₹40K borrowed.
• Margin Pledge Interest: Interest charged at 16% p.a. on borrowed amounts up to ₹1 lakh. After ₹1 lakh, the interest rate is 18% p.a.
• Strategy Builder Orders (Android only): Reduced brokerage fees on 2-leg and 4-leg orders. A 2-leg order will cost ₹30 instead of ₹60, while a 4-leg order will be charged at ₹60 instead of ₹120 when compared to the Basic plan.

4. Connectivity

• Dedicated connectivity is provided exclusively for routing orders to NSE. This does not guarantee order execution.
• In case of contingencies or link failures, if the primary trading infrastructure is disrupted, dedicated connectivity may not be available on such days.
