NSE & BSE EQ (Equity)

• 4:05 PM to 12:00 AM
• 5:00 AM to 8:59:59 AM
• 9:08 AM – 9:14:59 AM (after pre-open session and before market opens)

F&O (Futures & Options)

• 3:31 PM to 12:00 AM
• 5:00 AM to 9:14:59 AM

CDS (Currencies)

• 5:01 PM to 12:00 AM
• 5:00 AM to 8:59:59 AM

MCX (Commodities)

• 5:00 AM to 8:59:59 AM

Note: AMO orders are placed in the Pre Open Session.

Hence, certain Orders/Scrips which do not qualify for placement in the Pre Open Session would get rejected by the Exchange.

Example – IOC Orders, Disclosed Quantity, Exchange Traded funds, etc.
