If you have lost access to your registered mobile number and email ID, you will need to update your contact details in your Upstox account. Here are the steps:

Steps to update your mobile number and email ID

• Download and duly fill out the Modification Form.

• Take a printout of this Help Centre article/email and attach it along with the form.

  Note: Requests without this printout will not be processed, as this is mandatory

• Send the filled form along with the printout to our KYC Processing Office address given below:

Processing Timeline:

Once we receive the required documents, your request will be processed within 2–3 working days.

Note: Updating your mobile number or email ID will cost ₹50 + GST each. The amount will be debited directly from your trading account.
