Follow these simple steps to invest in NCDs:

1. Check for upcoming issues on the Upstox.

2. Select the NCD series you wish to apply for.

3. Enter the number of units you want to purchase.

4. Confirm the details and proceed to payment approval.

5. Approve the mandate via your UPI app.

Secondary Market:

NCDs are also traded on stock exchanges. Similar to stocks, you can buy and sell NCDs as well. However, they are subject to low trade volume. This is called the secondary market of NCDs.
