Step 1: Login to pro.upstox.com using your registered mobile number or scan the QR code.

Step 2: Click on 'Your Name' then click on ‘My Account’.

Step 4: Click on ‘My trading Segments/Block account’. Then click on 'Kill Switch' to disable the segment.

Step 5: Click on any active segment that you want to disable.Then click on ‘Save Changes’.

Step 6: Click on ‘I understand’.

Step 7: Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email ID. Then click on ‘Continue’.

Step 8: You have successfully disabled your active segment.

Note: You can re-enable your segment after 12 hours from the last date and time when you disabled it.
