Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or Biometrics.

Step 2: Click on "Verify now" to complete your ReKYC process.

Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number twice for validation by KRA, then click "Update".

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number, then click "Submit".

Step 5: Enter your registered email ID twice for validation by KRA, then click "Update".

Step 6: Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered email ID, then click "Submit".

Step 7: Click "Proceed" to validate your address through Digilocker.

Step 8: Click "Take a photo".

Note: Capture a clear picture of yourself as demonstrated in the sample image.

Step 9: To verify your identity, you can either draw or upload a photo of your signature.

Step 10: Upload a clear photo of your signature on white paper.

Note: Ensure your signature file size is less than 2 MB.

Step 11: eSign your KRA validation request with Aadhaar.

Step 12: Agree to the "Terms of Service" by selecting the checkbox.

Step 13: Enter your Aadhaar/VID.

Step 14: Input the OTP sent to your Aadhaar registered mobile number.

Step 15: Your KRA validation request has been successfully submitted.

Please Note: It may take up to 4 working days for the KRA, CDSL, NSE, and BSE to complete the unblocking process.
