To update your permanent address on your Upstox account, follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Download and fill the required form.

1. Account Details Modification Request Form

Step 2: Submit the Required Documents.

Along with the completed form, you need to send the following:

1. Self-Attested PAN Card Copy (Mandatory).

2. One Address Proof Document(Self-Attested). Accepted documents include:

• Valid Passport (photocopy of the first and last page).
• Voter Identity Card (photocopy).
• Valid Driving License (photocopy, including the expiry date).
• Aadhaar Card (photocopy).

Step 3: Fill Out These Details in the Form

Ensure you fill in only the following:

1. Upstox Client ID.

2. Basic Details:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• PAN Card Number
• Updated Address Details

3. Signature:

• Use the same signature as per Upstox records.

Step 4: Courier the Documents.
