How can I revoke my CDSL authorisation on shares with the ‘Revoke shares authentication’ process?

Once a client sells any stock from their Demat holdings, they need to authorise the transaction on the CDSL portal. Authorisation applies to all stocks under Demat holdings. To revoke authorisation for any or multiple stocks, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to Account >>> Actions > Revoke authorised scrips.

Step 2: Select checkbox against stock(s) to be revoked.

Step 3: Click on ‘Revoked’ button.

Step 4: Authorise the transaction on the CDSL portal using TPIN.

Step 5: Validate the OTP received.

Step 6: Done.
