How to disable TOTP for my account?

Step 1: Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or biometrics.


Step 2: Click on ‘Upstox Icon’ at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on ‘My Account’.

Step 4: Click on 'Profile'.



Step 5: Click on ‘Time-based OTP (TOTP)’.



Step 6: Click on ‘Disable TOTP’.



Step 7: Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number. Then click on 'Continue'.



Step 8: Disabling TOTP will log you out from all your active sessions.



Step 9: Your TOTP is disabled successfully.
