How to Reset TOTP for my account?

Step 1: Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or biometrics.


Step 2: Click on ‘Upstox Icon’ at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on ‘My Account’.

Step 4: Click on 'Profile'



Step 5: Click on ‘Time-based OTP (TOTP)’.



Step 6: Click on ‘Reset TOTP’.



Step 7: Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number. Then click on 'Continue'.



Step 8: Scan QR code on your authenticator app. Also, enter the generated 6-digit TOTP. Then click on 'Continue to enable'.



Step 9: Your TOTP is reset successfully.
