The new account opening charges by Upstox are as follows:

• New Account Opening: zero
• Account Maintenance Charges: At Upstox, the annual account maintenance charge is free for the first year.

AMC is debited once a year from your trading account. Starting February 2025, we have revised our AMC pricing. All users will be charged AMC as per the updated rates outlined below.

• Non-BSDA Users: ₹300 + GST = ₹354/- per year
  

• BSDA Users (holdings greater than ₹10L): ₹300 + GST = ₹354/- per year
  

• BSDA Users (holdings between ₹4L and ₹10L): ₹100 + GST = ₹118/- per year

Note: The above charges reflect revised rates effective from February 2025.
