Tata Motors
The share price of Tata Motors is up by 6% after the company approved the demerger of Tata Motors (TML) into two separate listed entities—one for its commercial vehicle (CV) business and its related investments, and the other for its passenger vehicle (PV) business, including PV, EV, JLR. Infibeam Avenues
Shares of Infibeam Avenues are trading higher by 6% after the company received final approval from the RBI to operate as an online payment aggregator. This will allow the company to provide digital payment services to merchants across India.
L&T Technologies
The share price of L&T Technologies is trading flat at ₹5,260 after the company partnered with Intel to provide Edge-AI solutions aimed at developing and providing scalable AI solutions for a range of use cases, including cellular vehicle-to-everything applications.
Kalpataru Projects
Kalpataru Projects' share price is higher by 1.26% after the company received a letter of intent from Saudi Arabia’s energy major, Aramco, for carrying out EPC for three packages expansion phases of MGS network in Saudi Arabia.
