The Company is engaged in the business of providing automated teller machines (ATM) and Cash Management services, supply, installation and maintenance of ATM and cash deposit machines. It also engaged in card trading and personalization services. It operates through three segments: Cash management services, Managed services, and Card division. Its Cash management services segment include ATM services, cash delivery and pick-up, network cash management services and other related services. Its Managed services segment includes banking automation product deployment and annual maintenance contract (AMC); Brown Label ATMs and managed services for banks; Software solutions including multi-vendor software and automation solutions and others. Its Card division segment includes revenue from trading in cards and card personalization services. Its subsidiaries include CMS Securitas Limited, CMS Marshall Limited, and others.
