Q4 results today: Several companies are scheduled to release their financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023-24 (Q4 FY24) on Thursday, April 25. These include Bajaj Finance, ACC, IndusInd Bank Ltd, L&T Technology Services, Nestle India, Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd, and Tech Mahindra, among others.

The list also includes companies such as Bank of Maharashtra, Aavas Financiers, Ashish Polyplast, Comfort Fincap, Glenmark Life Sciences, Himadri Speciality Chemical, UTI Asset Management Co, Zensar Technologies and Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility.

This week, some major firms that will post their results include Maruti Suzuki India, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finserv, SBI Cards and Payment Services, IDFC First Bank, Eveready Industries India, SBI Life Insurance Co, HCL Technologies and Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC.

On Wednesday, Axis Bank had announced that it had reported a net profit of ₹7,129 crore for Q4 FY24. In the year-ago period, the bank had reported a net loss of ₹5,728 crore.

The private lender's total income rose to ₹35,990 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2024, from ₹28,758 during the corresponding year last year.

The bank's net interest income (NII) jumped 11% year-on-year to ₹13,089 crore. For the 2023-24 fiscal, the net profit was reported a jump of 160% to ₹24,861 crore.
