Angel One Q4 result: Net profit surges over 27%, revenue jumps 64% YoY

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, Angel One Ltd announced its stellar Q4FY24 results. Looking at the consolidated financial performance on a YoY basis the revenue of the company surged by 63.5% and stood at ₹1,358.5 crore as compared to ₹831.1 crore in Q4FY23, while the operating profit of the company grew by 28.3% and stood at ₹475.5 crore as against to ₹370.5 crore in Q4FY23. Similarly, the net profit of the company also jumped by 27.3% to ₹340 crore as compared to ₹267 crore in Q4FY23.

Furthermore, looking at the consolidated performance on a QoQ basis revenue of the company grew by 28% to ₹1,358.5 crore as against to ₹1,060.8 crore in the previous quarter.

Meanwhile the operating profit of the company surged by 30.6% and stood at ₹475.5 crore as compared to ₹364.1 crore in Q4FY23. Similarly, the net profit of the company soared by 30.6% to ₹340 crore as against ₹260.3 crore in Q4FY23.

Additionally, during the quarter, Angel One achieved its highest-ever quarterly gross client acquisition, surpassing 2.9 million new clients and expanding its client base to over 22 million.

This growth in clientele led to over 470 million order executed, marking a record high for the company. The quarter also witnessed a notable increase in Average Daily Turnover (ADTO) to ₹44.4 lakh crore compared to ₹36.0 lakh crore in the previous quarter, reflecting a growth of 23.3% quarter-on-quarter.
