Eligibility for Referral Reward Withdrawals

While you can earn referral rewards and accumulate them in your referral wallet, you must meet the following condition to withdraw these rewards:

You need to be an active Upstox user who has placed at least one trade within the last 12 months.

What Does This Mean?

According to our Terms & Conditions, if you haven’t traded on Upstox in the last 12 months or since opening your account, you will not be able to withdraw your referral rewards.

To become eligible for withdrawal:

1. Place a trade on Upstox in any segment (Equity, Futures & Options, Currency, or MCX).

2. After placing the trade, wait for 24-48 working hours for your account to become eligible.

3. Once eligible, you can withdraw the referral amount credited to your wallet.

Additional Information

• Credit Timeline for Referral Rewards:
  Once your referral successfully opens an Upstox account, the referral reward will be credited to your wallet within two working days.

  
  

• Monthly Reward Limit:
  Referral rewards are valid only for the first five successful referrals per month. No additional rewards will be provided for referrals made beyond this limit in the same month. A successful referral means the referred person has successfully opened an Upstox account.
