Reward Credit Timeline

• Once your referral successfully opens an Upstox account, the referral reward will be credited to your account within three working days.

Important Note: Your ‘Refer and Earn’ reward amount will be based on the offer that was active at the time when your invited friend successfully completed their mobile number and email verification via OTP during the Upstox account-opening process.

How to Check Your Referral Reward Status

To view the status of your referral reward, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or Biometrics.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Account’ at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Click on 'Refer and Earn'.

Step 4: On the top of the ‘Referral Wallet’ screen, you should be able to see the amount available for withdrawal, along with the total earned and total withdrawn amounts till date.

You can scroll to check the status against your referred friend's name.

Withdrawal Process

• Once the referral amount is credited to your referral ledger, you can withdraw the amount to your Upstox-linked primary bank account.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral Applicant Restrictions: The referred applicant must not be a family member or blood relative.

2. Monthly Reward Limit: Referral rewards are valid only for the first five successful referrals per month. After that, no further rewards will be credited for additional referrals in that month. A successful referral means the referred person successfully opens an Upstox account.

Reward Conditions

1. Initial Reward Eligibility: You will receive your referral reward only after your referred friend:

• Signs up on Upstox using your referral link.
• Submits their mobile number and verifies their email address via OTP.
• Successfully opens their Upstox account within seven days of signing up using your link.

2. Remaining Reward Eligibility: To earn the remaining portion of the reward, your referred friend must place a trade within 30 days of signing up using your referral link.
