BSE and NSE Holidays 2023 list
The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (the ‘NSE’) and the BSE Limited (the ‘BSE’) are two leading exchanges for trading in securities in India.
They offer trading services all year around. On weekdays, these exchanges are open for trade from 9.15 AM to 3.30 PM (regular session), providing a 6 hour, 15 minute trading period. Both Saturdays and Sundays are trading holidays. There is no trading on equities, equity derivatives, or the SLB segment during these trading holidays.
The BSE & NSE holiday list includes particular national and festival holidays in addition to weekends.
