Most brokerage stocks ended with losses on Wednesday, April 10, in an otherwise positive market as benchmark indices SENSEX and NIFTY settled at their fresh closing highs.

SENSEX closed 0.47% higher at 75,038.15, marking its first closure above the 75,000 mark. The NIFTY ended 0.49% higher at 22,753.8 after hitting its fresh record high of 22,775.7 during the session.

Out of 11 brokerage stocks reviewed in today’s market wrap, seven suffered losses while four - Angel One, SMC Global Securities, Monarch Networth Capital and ICICI Securities - closed with gains.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services: The stock closed with a loss of 2.45% at ₹2,046 on the NSE.

Anand Rathi Wealth: Snapping its winning streak of the last five consecutive sessions, Anand Rathi Wealth shares ended 3.78% lower at ₹3,918 apiece on the NSE.

Dolat Algotech: The stock suffered losses on Wednesday. The scrip ended 4.42% lower at ₹87.5 apiece after two straight sessions of gains.

Geojit Financial Services: The stock closed 0.89% lower at ₹83.85 after clocking gains in the last two consecutive sessions.

Nuvama Wealth Management: The stock witnessed profit booking on Wednesday to close with a loss of 0.92% at ₹5,150 per piece on the NSE.

IIFL Securities: The stock snapped its three-session winning run to close at ₹146, down 1.88%.

5Paisa Capital: 5Paisa Capital share price ended 2.14% lower at ₹549, erasing the gains seen during the day.

Angel One: The stock closed 1.93% higher at ₹2,905, snapping its four-day losing streak.

SMC Global Securities: The scrip extended its gains into the third consecutive session, ending 4.29% higher at ₹149.5 apiece.

Monarch Networth Capital: Monarch Networth Capital share price resumed its upward march. The stock closed with a mild gain of 0.63% at ₹614.

ICICI Securities: The stock extended gains into the second consecutive session, ending 0.44% up at ₹731.9 apiece on the NSE.
