Teerth Gopicon IPO subscribed over 67 times on final day: Check subscription, price and allotment status

Teerth Gopicon Limited IPO was subscribed more than 67 times on the last day of bidding on Wednesday, April 10.

The initial public offer (IPO) received bids for over 26.8 crore shares compared to 37.99 lakh shares on offer, the NSE data till 5:00 pm on the final day of bidding showed.

The ₹44.4-crore fixed price public issue opened for subscription on April 8. The NSE SME IPO comprises a total of 39.99 lakh shares, including a market maker portion of over 2 lakh shares.

The non-institutional investors’ (NIIs) segment of the IPO received biddings of over 16 crore shares compared to 18.99 lakh shares on offer for the category. The NIIs’ portion was booked 84.45 times. The public issue received applications for over 6.6 crore shares as against 18.99 lakh shares on offer for the category, indicating a subscription of 34.75 times.

The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) applied for more than 1.37 crore shares.

Teerth Gopicon Limited IPO price, allotment status and listing

Teerth Gopicon IPO price has been set at ₹111 per share of a face value of ₹10 each. Teerth Gopicon IPO lot size for an application is 1,200 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹1,33,200 for retail investors.

For HNIs, the minimum application size is 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, amounting to an investment of ₹2,66,400.

Teerth Gopicon IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Friday, April 12. The initiation of refunds and credit of shares to Demat accounts will be done by Monday, April 15.

Listing of Teerth Gopicon Ltd shares on NSE SME platform is tentatively scheduled Tuesday, April 16.
