DCG Cables and Wires IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Friday, March 12, following a strong response to the public issue.

The initial public offer saw a strong demand from the investors during the subscription period from April 8 to April 10. The NSE SME IPO was subscribed 16.66 times on the final day of bidding.

Investors placed bids for over 7.91 crore shares against 47.47 lakh shares on offer.

DCG Cables and Wires intends to raise ₹49.99-crore through a fresh issue of 49.99 lakh shares, including a market maker portion of 2.52 lakh shares. There is no offer-for-sale component in the issue.

After the successful subscription, the investors are now waiting for the IPO share allotment status. DCG Cables and Wires IPO allotment status will be updated online via the official website of the public issue's registrar, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd and the NSE.

  • Log on to the Bigshare Services' official website at https://www.bigshareonline.com/Index.aspx
  • On the homepage, click on the IPO Allotment Status section.
  • Click any one of the server links displayed on the screen to check the share allotment status.
  • You will be redirected to a new page.
  • Now select DCG Cables and Wires from the drop-down menu under the Company Selection tab. The company's name will appear only after the finalisation of allotment.
  • Enter the details as directed and click on submit.

DCG Cables and Wires IPO share allotment will be displayed on the screen. In case of final allotments, the number of allotted shares will also be displayed on the screen.
