With the earnings season underway, around 167 major listed firms are set to post their earnings this week (April 22-April 28). On Monday, Reliance Industries Ltd, India’s largest company in terms of market capitalisation, reported a 1.8% year-on-year decline in its net profit at Rs 18,951 crore in Q4 FY24. The revenue from operations came in at Rs 2.4 lakh crore, up 11% as compared to the year-ago period.
Some of the big players that are yet to declare their results this week include ICICI Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Finance, HCLTech, and Axis Bank, among others.
