The Company is engaged in the business of real estate activities which involves developing, leasing, constructing and redeveloping various residential and commercial projects in India. The Company’s focus is to create projects spanning across all the categories of residential buildings from townships to slum rehabilitation projects. Its ongoing projects include Shraddha Park City, Shraddha Palacious, Shraddha Paradise, Shraddha Panorama, Shraddha Peninsula, Shraddha Priva, Shraddha Pavilion, and more. Shradhaa Peninsula offers 1 and 2 bedroom, hall, and kitchen (BHK) with a range of amenities, such as lobby, gymnasium, indoor games, kids play area, security, car parking, CCTV surveillance, fire alarm system, firefighting system, vitrified flooring, gypsum finished walls, intercom facility, society office, common space area, small lounge, video door bell, and power back-up (lift, lobby & common area).
