The company’s housing sales were evenly distributed across its four major markets. Each contributed over ₹2,000 crore in sales.

Godrej Properties’ Projects

Godrej Properties has several well-known projects in the Indian market. Planet Godrej, a skyscraper in Mumbai, which was built in 2008, was the country’s tallest occupied building at the time.

The company’s commercial office project, Godrej BKC, is located in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex. It is a LEED Platinum-rated skyscraper.

One of India’s best mixed-use residential buildings with sustainable planning is The Trees, a flagship project of Godrej Properties.

The CII-Godrej Green Building Centre in Hyderabad, completed in 2004, was the first LEED Platinum building outside the United States and held the highest LEED rating globally.

The Clinton Foundation selected Godrej Garden City, a sprawling township project in Ahmedabad, as one of just two projects in India and 16 globally to partner in achieving a climate-positive development.
