Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, through its subsidiary, Birla Estates Private Limited, is engaged in the real estate business. It develops residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. It develops residential housing in various markets. Its segments include Pulp and Paper, Real Estate and Others. Pulp and Paper segment includes pulp, writing and printing paper, tissue paper and multilayer packaging board. Real Estate segment includes residential projects, leased properties and investment properties. It is developing owned land parcels, and projects through Joint Ventures with landowners. Its projects are located in Mumbai, Bengaluru and National Capital Region (NCR). Its projects include Birla Anayu, Silas at Birla Niyaara, Birla Vanya, Birla Centurion, Birla Aurora, Century Bhavan, Birla Ojasvi RR Nagar, Birla Trimaya Devanahalli, Birla Tisya Rajajinagar, Birla Alokya Whitefield and Birla Navya. It also has a land parcel covering 70.92 acres in Boisar in Maharashtra.
