Renaissance Global Limited is a jewelry manufacturing company. The Company designs, manufactures, and supplies branded jewelry across markets in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and Asia. Its portfolio of brands includes Irasva, Jewelili, and Everyday Elegance. Its operations are focused on four business lines: In-house brands, Licensed Brands, Customer Brands, and Plain Gold Jewelry. Its In-house brands portfolio consists of the United States focused direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. It operates a retail chain in India under the Irasva brand. Its Licensed Brands division designs, manufactures, and supplies jewelry under Disney, Hallmark, Warner Bros and National Football League licenses through its business-to-business (B2B) and D2C Websites. Its Customer Brands division caters to specialty jewelers, department stores, online and designer brands. Its Plain Gold Jewelry division is focused on the manufacturing and distribution of fast-moving plain gold jewelry.
