Goldiam International Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing and export of diamond-studded gold and silver jewelry. The Company is a fully integrated original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partner for retailers. The Company operates through two segments: jewellery manufacturing and investment activity. The Company's products include engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary rings, bridal sets, fashion jewelry earrings and pendants, and fashion jewelry and necklace and earrings. The Company servs various retailers, departmental stores and wholesalers across American and European markets. It exports its diamond products to the United States, Europe and other countries. The Company's subsidiaries include Goldiam Jewellery Limited, Diagold Designs Limited, Eco-Friendly Diamonds LLP, and Goldiam USA, Inc.
