The Company is primarily engaged in the business of construction of residential, commercial, information technology (IT) parks along with renting of immovable properties and providing project management services for managing and developing real estate projects. The Company has developed and constructed over 68 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes and IT parks covering a saleable area of approximately 30 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Its projects include Aros, Sound of Soul, Raaga, Florence, Giga, Verve, City Vista, iTowers Exente and others. Raaga project is in Hennur Road, North Bengaluru.
