Zodiac Ventures Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company’s focus area is reconstruction or redevelopment of slum areas, cessed buildings by housing societies or old buildings belonging to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Its operations include the identification and acquisition of land and land development rights and the planning, execution and marketing of its projects. The Company’s projects include Jupiter, Venus, Kushinara, and Mercury. Kushinara is a residential apartment project offering 13 units located at Pali Hill, Khar.
