Simplex Realty Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of property development. The Company has a single operating segment, namely real estate development. It develops medium/high end residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. The Company’s completed projects comprise Planet Godrej and Simplex KhushAangan. Planet Godrej comprises of approximately five towers having 45 floors each which has two bedroom, hall and kitchen (BHK), three BHK, Duplex, and Penthouses. Simplex KhushAangan is a shopping and residential complex which has shops and apartments. The Company's project at Nachinolla, Goa having four villas is completed. It has inventory (commercial units) in the project Simplex KhushAangan situated at S. V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai.
