It operates in the Fertilizers, Solvent, and other agricultural commodities segments. Its subsidiaries include Ghatprabha Fertilizers Private Limited, Shiva-Parvati Poultry Feed Private Limited, and Shrinivasa Agro Foods Private Limited. Ghatprabha Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd manufactures nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) Mix Fertilizers. Shiva Parvati Poultry Feed Pvt. Ltd. manufactures edible and non-edible oils along with poultry feed. Shrinivasa Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing edible and non-edible oils and poultry feed. Its manufacturing units are in MIDC, Nanded and Dhakni, Nanded. It conducts farm extension activities such as soil testing at farms, product and crop awareness programs at fields, dealers' conferences, and farmer meetings.
