Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited is an India-based asset holding company for road and other infrastructure for operating and transfer build operate transfer (BOT) projects. The Company operates through two business verticals: BOT, and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Company’s projects include Ahmedabad Ring Road Infrastructure Limited, Maharashtra Border Check Post Network Limited, Shreenathji-Udaipur Tollway Private Limited, Nagpur-Seoni Express Way Limited, Bhilwara Rajsamand Tollway Private Limited, Hyderabad Yadgiri Tollway Private Limited, and others.
