Prime Urban Development India Limited is an India-based company engaged in the realty business. The Company is focused on the real estate development and export of yarn. Its real estate business is engaged in the development of high-end residential communities and commercial space projects, including malls, shopping and office complexes, and independent villas. Its real estate projects include Prime Enclave Vistas (Apartments Project) and The Onyx (Villas Project), which are located in Tirpur, Tamil Nadu. Its Prime Verdure is a close gated green developed land located at hill station, Kotagiri, near Ooty. It is also involved in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of fashion apparel. The Company, under the brand name Prime Brand, exports cotton yarn to countries like Korea, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Turkey, and various other countries. Its subsidiaries include ATL Textile Processors Limited, Newline Buildtech Pvt Ltd, and others.
