Page Industries Limited, is an Indian company that specialises in the manufacturing and retailing of innerwear, loungewear and socks. The company holds the exclusive licence for Jockey International in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Maldives and Bhutan. Page Industries also holds an exclusive licence from Speedo International Limited for the production and distribution of the Speedo brand in India. Founded in 1994, it is headquartered in Bengaluru.
The company went public in March 2007 and is listed on both BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.

Business operations
Page Industries Limited has an extensive retail presence with over 1,289 exclusive brand outlets and 3,062 large-format stores. With a vast retail network exceeding 1,20,060 multi-brand outlets, the company has established a significant footprint in India and abroad. In terms of production capabilities, the company operates with a capacity of 260 million pieces, facilitated by its 15 manufacturing units- 14 in Karnataka and 1 in Tamil Nadu. These units are located in Bengaluru, Hassan, Mysore, Gowribidanur, Tiptur and Tirupur.
The company serves markets across various locations, including 28 states and 8 Union Territories in India. Internationally, it has a reach in a total of 9 countries, including India.
Established under Page Industries Limited in 1994, Jockey engages in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of innerwear for men, women and kids. Jockey became the first innerwear brand to establish exclusive brand outlets nationwide. Collaborating with authorised franchisees, the company has successfully inaugurated 188 outlets across India, contributing to a total of 1,289. In FY23, the company opened 188 outlets through its authorised franchisees.
Page Industries Limited also operates 13 exclusive outlets outside India, with ten in the UAE and one each in Sri Lanka, Qatar and Oman. There is an ongoing work-in-progress store in Sri Lanka.
When it comes to Speedo, one of the world’s leading swimwear names, the brand is accessible in over 1,230 stores and more than 30 exclusive outlets spread across 180 cities in India.
To meet the demand in the premium vertical, the company plans to add a 200,000 sq. ft Cut-to-Pack facility at KR Pete in Mandya, Karnataka. Its flagship Odisha Project is expected to be ready by the end of FY24. It is slated to be one of the largest projects built on a 28.5-acre campus, featuring a built-up area of 6.5 lakhs sq. ft. This facility will include central stores, cut-to-pack, and elastics and socks manufacturing. The company is also expanding its socks capacity with the addition of 215 advanced knitting machines, bringing the total capacity to 576 knitting machines with the proposed expansion.

– Page Industries Limited's revenue from operations for FY23 stood at ₹4,788.6 crore, up 23.2% compared to ₹3,886.5 crore in FY22. – The net profit after tax for the financial year 2022-23 was ₹571.2 crore compared to ₹536.5 crore during the previous year. – In FY23, the earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased to ₹877.5 crore from the previous year's ₹806.4 crore. – The company's earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹512.15 in FY23 compared to ₹481.03 in the previous financial year.
