The Company is primarily engaged in the business of construction, development and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects. The Company’s core business activities are carried out under various business models, including own development, through joint ventures and joint development and other arrangements with third parties. It is building several townships in the growing neighborhoods, affordable housing projects, ultra-luxury skyscrapers, small offices and large business centers.
