KPI Green Energy Limited is an India-based renewable energy company. The Company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar and hybrid power plants through as an independent power producer (IPP) and as service provider to captive power producer (CPP) under the brand name of Solarism. It offers land tracts to third parties, who subsequently lease these back to the Company for 25 years to build solar power facilities. Through bilateral power purchase agreements (PPAs), the Company supplies the electricity produced by its solar power plants to various business houses. Its Solarism plant is located at more than 50 locations at Bharuch district, Gujarat. It has also established 66 kilovolts (KV) and 11 KV transmission lines for evacuation of the solar power generated from its solar plants. For its CPP clients, it creates, transfers, operates and manages grid-connected solar power projects. It also provides its clients with operation and maintenance services.
