Jamshri Realty Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the real estate development, leasing of its space and hospitality business. The Company operates through two segments: Property & Related services and Hospitality Services. The Property & Related services segment provides culinary offerings such as Swadisht Veg Restaurant and other cafes on its campus. Swadisht Veg Restaurant is a multi-cuisine veg family restaurant within its compound with a seating capacity of around 200 people, having the option of outdoor and indoor air-conditioned seating. The Company also operates Shubham Resort and Banquets. The Property & Related services segment is engaged in letting out property for retail and commercial purposes. Its JR Ignite Business Park is located in Solapur targeting information technology/information technology enabled services (IT/ITeS) offices, hi tech industries, manufacturing companies and others. Its JR Ignite Business Park covers over 2,00,000 square feet.
