Bharat Road Network Limited is an India-based road build-operate-transfer (BOT) company. It is engaged in a single business segment of purchasing, owning, building, developing, designing, operating, transferring roads and related services. It is focused on development, implementation, operation and maintenance of national and state highways across various states in India, including Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Odisha. Its business operation is categorized into project development and implementation, tolling operations and highway management, and advisory services and project management services. Its advisory services and project management services include construction supervision/debt syndication for the Company's projects.
